Last Thursday at 6 o’clock p.m. at the home of his father, John Stine, one half mile northwest of the city, occurred the death of George F. Stine, from appendicitis. Mr. Stine was born Nov. 23, 1872, and was a widower, his wife having died some time since. The funeral was held at the home Sunday morning at 9 o’clock, conducted by Rev. A. E. Monger, interment being at Oak Hill Cemetery. -s
